The conference is open to all who wish to make a presentation. Participants must register and attend the conference in order to present their paper. You may also attend the conference without making a presentation.

Registration is mainly through our Online Registration portal. To register by fax or postal mail, use the printed Fax Registration Form (pdf) (see instructions below). The registration fees, in US Dollars, are due in advance from all participants, including authors. Each registration includes the presentation of one paper, either oral or as a poster. Oral presentations are 15-20 minutes long. For each additional paper presentation, there is additional fee of $100 USD. For manuscripts that exceed 10 pages, there will be an additional fee of $8 USD for each page over 10 pages.

To assure your participation in the conference and inclusion of your paper in the conference proceedings, your registration fee must be received in full by January 28, 2018. If your registration will be late, or if you have difficulties making the payment online, please contact our office to make suitable arrangements.

  • IAMB Members receive a $50 discount.
  • Students* must be working toward their first Ph.D. or equivalent & show a valid student ID.

How to Register online

  1. Go to the Registration Section (URL: http://iamb.org/online-submission-registration/)
  2. Select the conference you would like to attend
  3. Click the button to start the registration process
  4. Login or create a new IAMB profile
    Note: If you previously submitted your email address to IAMB (via submission or registration),
    it is likely that your profile exists already in our system. Enter your email address and then
    select “Forgot your password”. The system will assign you a new password.
  5. Complete the registration form and click “Submit”
  6. The Order Details (Registration Summary) will be displayed
  7. Proceed with payment by one of the following methods:

Payment by Credit Card or Paypal

    1. From the Registration Details screen complete your payment.
      Payment with Paypal.  Log into your Paypal account and complete the payment.
      Don’t have Paypal account. Select “Pay with a debit or credit card” option. “Choose a way to pay” screen shows.
    2.  Enter your credit card information and complete your payment

Note: Someone else can pay on your behalf or you may use a company or institutional credit card.


Payment by Check

    1. From the Registration Details screen select the “Pay by: Check” option.
    2. Enter the check number or any relevant text
    3. Click on “Pay by Check” button to complete your registration
      Note: Personal checks (issued by US Banks), Institutional checks, Money orders
      or bank certified checks drawn in US Dollar are accepted.
      Checks must be received at least 45 days prior to the conference starting date.
      For Early Bird registration, payment must be post marked by December 24, 2017.

Payment by Wire Transfer

  1. From the Registration  Details screen select the “Pay by: wire transfer” option.
  2. In the Check number field enter the words “Wire Transfer” or the wire transfer number.
  3. Click on “Pay by Check” button to complete your registration
