The 21st IAMB Conference is organized in collaboration and with the support of ESG, Ecole des Sciences de la Gestion (School of Management) at the Université du Québec à Montréal (The University of Québec at Montréal, UQAM), Québec, Montreal, Canada. UQAM is a comprehensive public French-language university based in Montreal and is the largest constituent element of the Université du Québec, a public university system, with enrollment of over 43,000 students and about 1,000 academic and professional staff. The university has one school (of Management)
and six faculties (Arts, Education, Communication, Political Science and Law, Science and Social science.) The university offers Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral degrees.

The conference provides a platform for professionals, practitioners, academics, educators and researchers in the various fields of management and business to disseminate and share the latest research, knowledge and experiences in the European and Mediterranean regions and beyond.
IAMB, and QUAM, the University of Québec at Montreal, are inviting scholars, practitioners and others to submit papers for presentation. Your submission will be published in the Conference Proceedings on a CD-ROM (ISSN 1949-9094), and Online (ISSN 1949-9108).
