Each generation has its own unique challenges, value preferences, and patterns of behavior. This observation is certainly reflected in the extensive research on Generations X and Y in the American culture. This study extends this interest in generational research by examining Generations X and Y within the culture of Thailand using the Rokeach Value Survey (RVS). The study then concludes with an extended discussion of how Thailand’s generational cultures contrast to the findings of cross-cultural studies conducted throughout the world.
