About this virtual conference

This is a worldwide management conference. The International Academy of Management and Business (IAMB) in association with Rutgers University are inviting authors, scholars and practitioners, to submit abstracts, extended abstracts (3 to 5 pages) or full papers for presentation at the IAMB 2020 Virtual Conference. The Selecting Committee will determine and notify authors if their paper has been selected for presentation.

All accepted submissions will be published in the Conference Proceedings. The Proceedings are indexed and listed in various reference search engines. Selected presentations will be published in the IAMB Journal,  International Journal of Management and Business (IJMB).

This conference offers an opportunity for academics and professionals in the areas of management and business to come together and share the latest research, knowledge and experiences in an interactive environment. This conference offers international exposure that is especially valuable for graduate students.

and often leads to collaborative projects.

Best Paper Award

Scholars and students are invited to submit their manuscripts for consideration for the following awards:

Best Student Paper Award (Graduate Students, the winner will receive: $400 USD);
Best Young Scholar Award (recently achieved Ph.D, less than 4 yrs);
Best Applied Paper Award (practical applicability, open to all).
Best Overall Paper Award (open to all);

Full manuscripts must be received no later then September 8, 2021. The winners will be announced and awarded at the conference and their paper will be published in the International Journal of Management and Business, IJMB. Please visit the Submission Section for guidelines and eligibility.

Publicity

The IAMB database will be used for the publicity of the conference. The conference will be listed in various conferences listing web sites and publications to enhance exposure and awareness for the conference. Active publicity will be enhanced by Rutgers University and other direct solicitation. IAMB will also enhance publicity among all academic institutions of the IAMB Advisory Board Members.
